Job Summary
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced MES Analyst to support and ensure optimal performance of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) software. The role involves system monitoring, troubleshooting, user support, and collaboration with manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration, operational efficiency, compliance, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
1. MES System Support & Maintenance
- Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot MES software performance and system operations
- Ensure system availability, stability, and adherence to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Maintain compliance with system and regulatory requirements
- Identify and resolve issues or escalate to appropriate support teams when necessary
2. System Optimization & Collaboration
- Work with production and manufacturing teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Ensure seamless integration between MES and connected enterprise applications
- Support testing, debugging, and system validation activities
- Contribute to continuous improvement of manufacturing execution processes
3. User Support & Training
- Provide end-user support, training, and guidance on MES applications
- Manage support tickets, user queries, and issue resolution tracking
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level technical teams as needed
4. Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve MES workflows and manufacturing processes
- Support data-driven decision-making through system reporting and analysis
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of MES software experience
- Experience with Aprios (preferred) or equivalent systems such as:
- Rockwell Automation MES
- Siemens Opcenter
- PTC Kepware / ThingWorx
- GE Proficy Smart Factory
- Experience with Aprios (preferred) or equivalent systems such as:
- Minimum 3 years of troubleshooting and customer support experience
- Experience working in regulated environments with ITAR compliance requirements
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
- Willingness to travel periodically within the United States if required
Preferred Skills
- Manufacturing domain experience (automotive, aerospace, or industrial preferred)
- Experience with system integration and production floor systems
- Knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, or MES data analytics is a plus
Compensation: $70.00 per hour
