Job Summary:
Seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer with strong experience in low-volume, high-mix
manufacturing environments. The role focuses on improving plant throughput,
optimizing processes, and driving continuous improvement across production
operations.
Key Responsibilities:
 Improve production throughput, efficiency, and capacity
 Conduct time studies, method studies, and line balancing
 Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
 Develop standard work, labor standards, and productivity metrics
 Lead Lean/Kaizen initiatives and eliminate waste
 Optimize plant layout, workflow, and material flow
 Collaborate with production, quality, and operations teams
 Drive continuous improvement and sustain results
Required Skills:
 Strong Industrial Engineering fundamentals (time study, VSM, capacity analysis)
 Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, SMED

TTL-Classification: Public
 Expertise in low-volume, high-mix manufacturing
 Knowledge of ergonomics, safety, and process optimization
 Tools: Excel, MOST/MODAPTS, simulation tools (Plant Simulation/Proplanner)
 Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
 Experience in trucks, heavy equipment, or specialty vehicle manufacturing
 Exposure to AutoCAD, MS Project
